Parenting and co-parenting support in Spanish and English
Raising kids is one of the most beautiful things in life and also one of the most exhausting. And when you're raising them in a country that isn't yours, in another language, or sharing parenting with someone you separated from, the questions multiply.
Situations we can help with
Constant fights or trouble setting limits
Kids with very intense emotions or changes in behavior
Co-parenting after a separation or divorce
Parents who disagree on how to raise the kids
Clashes between your family's culture and the culture at school or with friends
Feeling guilty or overwhelmed as a mom or dad
How we work
We work with parents, with kids or with the whole family, depending on what each situation needs. Through positive parenting we aim for firm, loving limits without yelling or guilt. We also help two households agree on the basics when there's co-parenting.
We honor your family's values and roots, and help you decide what you want to keep and what you want to do differently. Learn about our family therapy.
Frequently asked questions
Do both parents have to come?
It helps a lot, but it's not required. We can also work with just one parent.
Do you work directly with the kids?
Parenting work is mainly with moms and dads. We also work with young people 17 and older as part of family therapy.
